Presented here is a PSA Authenticated signature from one of the fiercest competitors in baseball history as well as a founding member of the Baseball HOF inaugural class, Ty Cobb. Known for his aggressive play style, blazing speed and legendary hitting ability, this Cobb autograph was signed on a 3-1/2" diameter paper baseball replica in a sharp, fluid script in black ink. Later in life, Cobb was known for signing many autographs in green ink, believing it faded slower than blue or black. Many are found with personal inscriptions so finding an example without is rare and desirable by collectors. PSA encapsulated and graded as Authentic.
