Pair of Charles Weeghman and Walter Craighead Pay Bank Note Co. & Daily News in 1917 - Both PSA/DNA Authentic
Charles Weeghman, Chicago Cubs owner and team treasurer, and Walter Craighead pay some bills. Both checks are from 1917, one written to Northern Bank Note Company for $35.00 on March 22nd, 1917 and the second written to the Daily News for $500 on September 15th, 1917. A nice group of history early 1900s checks from the Chicago Cubs.
