The 1932 Orbit (P2) Baseball Pin set was uniquely numbered 1-40, with four variations included and then a random numbering system to 120. However, despite the unusual order, the 13/16” pins were highly desirable, and the offered set is the #1 set on PSA’s Set Register with a GPA of 8.97. This set is in exceptionally rare condition, featuring 27 PSA 9 MINT examples, 27 PSA 8 NM-MT, and three PSA 7 NM. Sensational to say the least, the set features #s: PSA 9: 2 Edwards, 3 Stephenson, 4 Warneke, 7 McManus, 9 Blaeholder, 12 Averill, 17 Tinning, 18 Foxx, 20 Fonseca, 21 Martin, 22 Collins, 23 Cissell, 26 Grimes, 27 Alexander, 28 Cochrane, 30 Koenig, 31 O’Doul – Giants, 33 Jurges With Bat, 34 Campbell, 35 Vosmik, 38 Earnshaw, 67 Herman, 92 Brennan, 99 Chapman, 103 Allen, 107 Lazzerii & 111 Combs; PSA 8: 1 Andrews, 5 Grube, 6 Cuyler, 8 Clark, 10 Kamm, 11 Dykes, 13 Malone, 14 Dean, 15 Bartell, 16 Bush, 19 Haas, 24 Hadley, 29 Harder, 31 O’Doul – Dodgers, 32 English With Bat & Without Bat, 33 Jurges Without Bat, 36 Porter, 37 Grimm, 51 Berger, 55 Levey, 58 Lombardi, 64 Burns, 72 Hallahan, 96 Byrd & 116 Sewell; PSA 7: 25 Jolley, 39 Simmons & 40 Lucas. A set of this caliber would be virtually impossible to replicate in this unsurpassed condition.
