RARE WRAPPER!!!...Have you EVER seen one of these? We doubt it! Apparently, Topps “tested” their 1970 thick jumbo baseball cards on the public before going ahead with mass production of the issue. In typical “test” style, they used the white wax paper and glued on a paper color rendition of the final wrapper design. It has folds, so it definitely was distributed back then. No tears, very clean, bold color to the paper add-on and minimally NM to MT. One of the rarest of all Topps wrappers. Very few exist!
