The 1969 Topps Decals virtually mirrored the images of the 1969 base set, but produced on colored cellophane, they were intended to be scratched off and affixed to whatever surface the collector or fan chose. Each measuring only 1-1/2" x 1-1/2", these '69 issues were inserted into regular 10-card wax packs. Presented here is the #10 ranked complete set on PSA's Set Registry with a 9.88 GPA. This incredible high-grade, completely graded 1969 Topps 48-card set features 26 GEM MINT 10 examples, 13 PSA 9s and the remaining nine graded 8 NM-MT. More than half (28) stand as the highest graded examples in the hobby including #12 Bob Gibson, #19 Reggie Jackson RC, #24 Willie Mays, #35 Frank Robinson, #36 Pete Rose and #48 Carl Yastrzemski.
