Lou Gehrig Signed Photograph PSA/DNA Authentic

In the Roaring 1920s and early ‘30s, Henry Louis Gehrig was one of the most eligible young men in New York City. Gehrig mostly steered clear of alcohol and cigarettes, imbibing in moderation at best. Despite his Gary Cooper looks and Gene Tunney physique, Gehrig's name and face were not plastered all over "Page Six" (of the day) or fodder for tabloid scandals, and he went home to his parents' house each night until 1933. Then, the mama's boy met, fell in love and married Chicago socialite Eleanor Twitchell. Presented is a wonderful photo (approx. 3-1/4" x 4-1/2") of the young Henry Louis Gehrig, in his Sunday best, that the Iron Horse has signed left of his image. This gorgeous signature has been deemed Authentic by PSA/DNA. The signature is probably close to "7-8" strength and this fantastic portrait photograph is a 10. Clean and striking!
