1964 Topps Football Collection of Over 500 Cards
The 176-card star-studded 1964 Topps Football set began a four-year run where Topps included only AFL players, with the Philadelphia Gum Company holding the NFL contract. But the colorful and patriotically star-bordered cards was not without talent with the likes of George Blanda, Len Dawson, Lance Alworth, and Rookies Bobby Bell and Buck Buchanan anchoring the set. Presented here is an extensive 500+ card collection of 1964 Topps Football issues. These gridiron greats come directly from a vintage collector who opened vending in the 1960s to build sets. The cards included appear to be all NM at first glance; however, as expected, some centering issues affect 60-70% of the cards.
