GOLDEN JET!!!...Bobby Hull played 23 seasons in the NHL and WHA (World Hockey Assoc.), amassing 610 goals and 1,170 points as well as 634 penalty minutes. He was one of the most complete players of his time, much like Gordie Howe, but Hull also possessed a 100+ mph slapshot and could skate nearly 30 miles per hour. Because his wrist shot was debated as harder than his slapshot due to the curvature of his blade, the “Bobby Hull Rule” was enacted to limit players’ blade curves and limit the danger to goaltenders. He still scored at will it seems and led the Chicago Black Hawks to the 1961 Stanley Cup title. Offered here is Bobby Hull’s 1960 Topps #58 card graded 8 NM-MT from PSA. With only a handful graded higher, this bright and colorful card with super sharp corners and edging and flawless surfaces would surely upgrade even the finest of 1960 Topps Hockey sets. A fabulous and alluring issue of the only father in a father-son duo (Brett - 741) to each have scored 600 or more goals in the NHL!
